    Which operating systems do the Control Hub drivers support?

    The Control Hub is "class-compliant", meaning it does not require any drivers. Computers running Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8 or Mac OSX 10.6 and above will automatically recognize the Control Hub. 

     

     

    What audio software does the Control Hub support?

    The Control Hub can be used with any digital audio workstation or recording software that supports USB MIDI and/or USB audio. Control Hub owners may also download AIR Music Tech's IGNITE software from www.airmusictech.com/getignite 

      

     

    Can I use the Control Hub with my iPad?

    The Control Hub can connect to your iPad using the Apple iPad Camera Connection Kit (sold separately).

     

    What type of foot switch does the Control Hub accept?

    The Control Hub accepts a standard 1/4" TS or 1/4" TRS dual button foot switch.

    If you are using a single-button foot switch, pressing the foot switch for the first time sends a value of "127" for CC #14 over Channel 1. Pressing the foot switch for the second time sends a value of "0" for CC #14 over Channel 1.

    If you are using the first button of a dual-button foot switch, pressing the first button for the first time sends a value of "127" for CC #15 over Channel 1. Pressing the first button for the second time sends a value of "0" for CC #15 over Channel 1.

    If you are using the second button of a dual-button foot switch, pressing the second button for the first time sends a value of "127" for CC #14 over Channel 1. Pressing the second button for the second time sends a value of "0" for CC #14 over Channel 1.
